Does my client need to download an app?

No. They get an email with a link, tap approve, and sign with their finger. Nothing to install, no account to create.

Is a digital signature legally valid?

Electronic signatures are recognised under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 in the UK. Vallio records the signature with a timestamp and the signer's IP address. Vallio is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice. For formal disputes, consult a solicitor or QS.

What if the client refuses to sign?

You'll know before you do the work. Vallio records it as pending or disputed so you can decide whether to proceed.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data stays yours. You keep access to your existing records on the free plan and can generate PDFs anytime.
